The Speaking Space
There was a time where I just accepted feeling like crap as normal. Hospital visits, constant tummy aches, headaches, low energy, brain fog, depression-not feeling like myself… and I didn’t even question it. I was eating what everyone else was eating—fast, convenient, processed and just dealing with the consequences. In this episode, I talk about the shift from processed foods to whole foods. I started paying attention. I started choosing real food over fake food. And slowly, everything changed—my energy, my mindset, my discipline, and the way I show up for my family. This isn’t about being extreme or cutting everything out. It’s about taking your power back, one decision at a time. Because the truth is… the pain of discipline is a lot less than the pain of feeling stuck in a body that doesn’t perform the way it should.
