Today I want to talk about one of the biggest myths in rehab and injury prevention. And that myth is this, if you just get stronger, you won't get injured. Now, on the surface that sounds logical. Stronger muscles should mean a stronger body, right? But in clinical practice and in movement science, we know that's not always true.
