Good morning! How’re you today? My name is Holland Knight and this is Have A Good Day. A discussion form for all of us who have survived and are currently working the customer service industry. I have been working in customer service for nearly a decade and currently manage a coffee shop with a team of four and let me tell you, the stories are never ending!
