The Strength Movement
The Strength Movement is a new podcast hosted by Dr. Amar Parekh PT, DPT, a performance based physical therapist specializing in athletes and sports recovery. Our mission is to share the stories of our athletes, educate our listeners on new rehab strategies and research, and build a stronger, more resilient community. Episode 2 features Cheyenne Cassaday, a gymnastics and CrossFit coach, as well as a competitive CrossFit athlete in Bellingham, Washington.
