Federico chats with Andy Bennett; if you’re interested in slopestyle, half-pipe or freeskiing, then this episode is for you. Andy is a (deep breath): Freestyle Educator & Examiner with the Irish Association of Snowsports Instructors; Technical Coach for the Great Britain Freestyle Team; former Team GB athlete; Irish Interski Demo Team member at Interski 2019; Snowsport England freestyle course tutor; AND he holds a Diploma in Sports & Exercise Science. If that wasn’t enough, he also taught as a Ski Instructor with the Warren Smith Ski Academy in Verbier for many years. From his beginnings as a Sheffield Shark, Andy has extensive experience in a number of roles; as a freestyle ski athlete, a freestyle ski coach, a ski instructor and an examiner. Fede and Andy chat about all this experience, plus Andy explains slopestyle competitions and how they are judged.
