Stop Building Upon Self-Hate

Many of the decisions we make in life have an intention behind them which sets us into motion to fulfill that thing. Aware of this underlying motive or not, it is there. Over this past year, I noticed the fuel behind many decisions involving my body were coming from a place of self-hate. So I stopped everything. This episode is an intro into the journey of a years worth of stops, shifts and redirections. An huge example of this being my relationship to working out. There are so many layers to this and I didn't go too deep into it yet, but wanted to introduce some perspective shifts that have helped me along the way. Your relationship to your body is the most important relationship. Your body loves you and it is always doing it's best. I saw something the other day - "The most anti-inflammatory thing you can do is stop hating yourself - @medicine_mami" sheeesssh true. My hope is that you tend to, listen to, honor and respect your body as if it is a zillion dollar magic machine. Because it is and it loves you.

It's You

The One you are looking for is the One who is looking. It's you. You are the love of your life. After the breakup - you need you. In the moments of deep sadness, depression, aloneness, etc. - you need you. Get to know your Spirit, your Soul, your Heart. I believe this relationship can show you everything. Every answer to your questions about purpose, what you're here to do, to give, and who you are here to be. You know. You so willingly give time to others, think about all the peeps you have let into your life and showed them your heart. Some people can't hold something so precious. This relationship with you, will never fail you & it will never leave you. You have the capacity to feel lonely which is a byproduct of not knowing this relationship with yourself. The flip side of the same coin shows that you also have the capacity of feeling deeply seen, held, nurtured and supported by trusting that this being is always with you.
