Notice your patterns – Keep a little journal of when old reactions or feelings show up in daily life. Awareness is the first step toward change. 2. Ground yourself – Spend a few minutes each day feeling your feet on the floor, noticing your breath, or naming what’s around you. It helps your nervous system feel safe. 3. Move gently – Try something small, like a stretch, a short walk, or one of my free movement classes. It’s about reconnecting to your body, not pushing it. 4. Reach out – If this brought up difficult feelings, talk to a friend you trust, or seek out support. You don’t have to carry it alone.
