He sometimes outranks Stephen King and Dean Koontz in the top 100 most popular authors list. Two of his book series have been optioned off for Film and TV. In this episode, we talk about the benefits of having an author-wife, staying true to yourself, burying doubt six feet under, and how every author should aspire to get to Paul Sheldon's level (not that any of us want our legs broken).

Jackson worked for over 10 years as an editor and writer in the field of journalism before transitioning into creative writing.
