The only thing I would warn about is about a natural disaster and the aftermath of one. It is not graphic in this story. But the pristine, secluded landscape belies the dangers they face—from both the infected and one another. This is a zombie apocalypse and a thriller. I would safely put this at a 3.5, almost 4 sledgehammers for violence and dealing with a pandemic.  Language is relatively clean.
