The Visual Artist's Spotlight
Jazlyne Sabree Wooden is an artist based in New Jersey with a background in journalism. Though her heart lies in the paintings she creates, her choices in university led her down a unique path that helps serve her creative drive today. Art also is a source of healing and therapy for her, and claims that "art has always been there for me." Listen to her story on how her art serves her daily, whether it is for healing or for being inspired by the truth. Note: this episode was recorded the day Derrick Chauvin was declared to be prosecuted in court for murdering George Floyd.
