Media becomes stored into your brain and influences your emotions and interactions with the world. Acknowledging the problem is the beginning to coming up with a solution. It's simple. Social media is highly addictive and it's designed this way. This episode I'm hosting with my guest Rashad as we cover the impacts of social media within our community. Social media has provided many opportunities for people to thrive and be successful however studies show heavy uses of social media has a direct correlation with our mental health. Overusing our phones takes us away from the moment and being present with reality. It causes our brains to be overstimulated which makes our routine in life appear dull and lacking. I personally enjoyed this topic because it's applicable to majority and I know many can relate. Hope you all enjoy!
