What I Would Tell My Younger Self

We always have a running list in our minds of what we would tell our younger selves. A while back I made a list on my blog when I was 25 and I still had so much to learn even then. We are always our toughest critic and that's why I wanted to say... Stop being so hard on yourself. Move forward from those learnings and have no regrets. Do you have similar items on your list?

Better late than never they say. I took some good time off and I'm here to explain why. This past year and a half taught me many things. The most important one is about prioritizing your mental health and avoiding burnout.
