For those of you who do not know, my non-profit foundation, Yuki'n Sports Foundation, focuses on providing basic needs, such as equipment, for children to continue competing in the sport they love. I was very fortunate to have a dear friend of mine and top professional tennis player, David Barclay, on my podcast today. He is born and raised in Sydney, Australia, where he started his love for tennis. He has competed on the professional ATP circuit for a little over 10 years and is one of the head coaches at, his father's academy, Barclay Tennis Academy. This podcast I was able to get his take on how equipment and gear plays a big roll in a childrens passion for the sport. David shared some of his perspective of being a player himself, but also seeing the children that he coaches and how they continue their passion for it.
