Theatre Talk: Episode 7: Naming the Sanctuary — Ruth’s Tea Room, Black Legacy, and the Power of Place

More than a restaurant, Ruth’s Tea Room functioned as a place of dignity, leadership, safety, and belonging for Black residents during segregation and beyond.
