Descripción

This episode is a really personal one. I’m talking about my experience living with anxiety — how something that used to feel normal slowly turned into fear, and how anxiety started controlling parts of my life I didn’t even realize it touched. I share some of the moments that changed me, the routines anxiety created, and how exhausting it can feel to live inside your own head sometimes. If you’ve ever felt like your world got smaller because of fear, or like you’re constantly planning around “what ifs,” I hope this makes you feel a little less alone. You deserve to be seen. You deserve to live fully. And healing — even slow, messy healing — is still possible. Content note: brief mention of vomit/emetophobia. Thanks for listening. Truly.
