This is my first podcast and I am just very excited to put this out there! It won't be anywhere near perfect, but I'm just very proud for stepping out of my comfort zone. I hope that you are able to get something from this and I hope that I could provide you with some insights from my own personal experiences that may help you! Remember, healing is messy, but worth it all!
