Hello there. This week looking at the week of Febuary 10th to 14th in Music History. The true cost of marriage as one Beatle pays out this week in 2008. We drop in on 1977 and sounding great, introducing The Police and their first single. And in 1973, confusion and worry at a David Bowie gig in Radio City NY

This was the week the music died. Back in 1959. Buddy Holly was gone. (Sidenote Buddy, BTW was one of the reasons that John Lennon wore his glasses in public) Sticking in the 50’s for the news report alone, Rock'N'Roll was visiting the UK and it was a big deal!
