Manifestation without action is wasteful

Wishing for things and yet doing nothing is the biggest waist of time. Nothing falls in your lap, you have to actually work for what you want. It may take time but if you are serious about it then it's almost certainly yours.

Know where there is enough on your plate

Know when you are overwhelmed and when you are at your limit. Trying to be a superhero will cause burnout and more pain for you. People can only see what you produce but never how the production side effects you. Maintain expectations and boundaries, this will allow you to have longevity in all aspects of life.

Epiphany

The episode was more of reflection of how I felt at the time. When you are up late your mind wonders and within this mental marathon life can somehow show you things that were out of focus but you needed to sit and be calm in order to see.

Laws of Human Nature - Change your attitude

The problem sometimes is not the problem but it's your attitude toward the problem. Unfortunately every one of life's issues that exist can't be solved. If you somehow can look inward and see that if you just switch your perspective then the world can be a little more brighter.

Don't lower yourself to hang out with others that don't want you around. Have enough self respect to understand that maybe you are not appreciated in this space. Find your tribe and those that celebrate and care about you.
