Russ Montelbano of North Jersey Kustoms, in Paramus NJ, is a career restorer and lover of cars produced in the first half the 20th century. A fixture on the car scene since he was a teenager, Russ has turned countless cars into works of art. He combines a love of Americana autos, punk and rockabilly music, and blue collar ethos into an authentic artistic expression.   Russ spoke with the guys about how he came to fix his first car, how music and culture impact the car experience, and his visits to Asbury Park.   Russ Montelbano is a custom car builder and painter with North Jersey Kustoms.

#5 - Alli Kennedy

Alli Kennedy is the founder of Asbury Park Roastery, a beloved staple of the caffeine-loving citizens of Asbury Park and the surrounding towns. She weaves a passion for perfect coffee and balancing her other interests in a time when many would have expanded their empire for quicker cash. Known as much for her perfect coffee as she is for her laid-back and authentic demeanor, Alli's presence in Asbury Park is one of the reasons people are so loyal to her coffee and her.    Alli visited the podcast to discuss her reasons for keeping her locations from expanding, losing a certain part of her hand, and the balance in life she craves and maintains Alli Kennedy is the founder and lead roaster for her Asbury Park Roastery coffee shop.

#4 - Nick Wilkins

Nick Wilkins, a chef, hunter, and fisherman from England, landed in Monmouth County and has built a career defined by a love for simple food, using fresh ingredients and a keen attention to detail and branding.  He joined the podcast to discuss his time in wild kitchens, how he approaches cuisine, and taught the guys how to cook the perfect burger.   Nick Wilkins is currently Director of Operations at Eat Clean Bro. and is known for his original culinary work and fishing the Atlantic Ocean.
