In this episode, I’m talking about self-sabotage—specifically the kind that shows up as self-doubt when you’re about to put yourself out there. I recorded this the week I launched the podcast, and almost immediately, my mind went into overdrive. I started imagining what people would think, questioning whether any of it mattered, and preparing myself to quietly walk away before anyone else could judge me. This is a pattern I know well—pulling back from something I care about just to avoid the possibility of failure or embarrassment. Instead of letting that take over, I tried something different. In this episode, I walk through what that spiral actually looked like, how I interrupted it (in a very real, imperfect way), and what I’m starting to understand about self-sabotage as a form of protection.
