Grief. It’s a hard thing to deal with but when you are present and peaceful with yourself and your surroundings letting go is a beautiful thing. Life isn’t always easy somethings are very sad and hard like death but we can use it to better ourselves and the lives around us. I talk in this episode about losing a loved one and how it can heighten your spiritual journey and death can maximize how much you live.
