The Hammock Coast, as known by most, is the Pawley's Island and the Litchfield area that is quickly becoming a hub for some of the best chefs ialong the coast to come and set up shop and to please our taste buds here. We call this home, even though none of us live exactly in the exact area. But we all spend lots of time there and especially when we want to llhave a dining experience that is consistent and is always pleasing to us and our guests. In our last episode we started to discuss, in detail, the Michelin Ratings and exactly how they are determined and also some of the local restaurants that have made their way on the list. The food scene in Charleston is just incredible, but just up the road, is Georgetown, South Carolina and top chefs are finding their way to this waterfront town that is the 3rd oldest town in South Carolina and has a rich history in the rice industry.
