Angel shares an 8-step guide to help listeners loosen perfectionism’s grip and create space for authenticity and alignment with their True Self. These steps include recognizing and soothing the perfectionist part, practicing self-compassion, setting realistic goals, embracing imperfection, celebrating progress, and reframing mistakes as opportunities for growth. I’ll walk you through the importance of all emotions, even the “negative” and uncomfortable ones. How our past programming, conditioning, and limiting beliefs contribute to emotions, being in low vibration, and how to release these to unblock you from your True Self so you can manifest.
