It’s the World’s First Original [Citation Needed] Tu B’Shvat Podcast! Did you know that trees are canonically Jewish (except pine trees, obviously)? More importantly, did you know that every year on the Jewish calendar, trees have a universal birthday? That day is Tu B’Shvat, and it’s time to celebrate! After years of letting this excellent holiday go by without enough fanfare, we decided to go out on a limb this year and make something special. So we hereby present: Tu B’ShPod 2022 (5782), an audio variety show that’s an ode to every tree on Earth. You’ll hear an original tree song, a reflection on opening pomegranates, an interview with an intrepid tree explorer, an edge-of-your-seat game show involving naming trees in Hebrew, several conversations WITH trees, and more. And who are we? We’re a ragtag group of podcast producers who share roots (Judaism) and branches (our love of trees). So ~leave~ your troubles behind and join us!
