My fascination of habits may have started with listening to the "The Power of Habit - Why We Do What We Do in Life and Business” by Charles Duhigg - https://charlesduhigg.com/the-power-of-habit/. It was definitely amplified by James Clear and his “Atomic Habits” https://jamesclear.com/atomic-habits  So while listening to the latest Tim Ferriss Show (Episode 648) "James Clear, Atomic Habits - Mastering Habits, Growing and Email List to 2M+ People, Selling 10M+ Books, Cultivating Self-Awareness and Much More" https://open.spotify.com/episode/2xj6m3PQE23ElHsnsj703q?si=69bf77da7ce94dcb it made me realize that some habits are large, some are small, some are bad, and some are good. I hope you choose those that work for you.  Why Twenty Three To One? 23 is the average commute time of a Vermonter and that's the maximum time I expect someone to commit to a podcast in 2023. And why 3, 2, 1? That's the length of video in TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts. This is going to be a max of 23 minutes, and down to quick hits of 3, 2, or 1 minute. Based on Vermont, music, and friends.  Find everything at www.twentythreetoone.com All socials are at @ twentythreetoone
