Intentional Self-Care Leads to Self-Acceptance

Intentional Self-Care helps us create small Rituals that show our nervous system and subconscious that we CAN relax! When we get Intentional with our Self-Care, we are signaling to our nervous system that we are Not going to React the way we used too.
