Hey, It's me and my solo episode again! I took a short break to focus on my RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy with amazing Marisa Peer) and today I had my first IG LIVE where I shared my experience using this method - both as a client and (student) therapist.  My main focus, when I started, was to figure out how can I live migraine free life. Especially after my 2-year-old daughter was worried about me every time I closed myself in a dark room for 2-3days. I felt miserable when my toddler suddenly became my care-giver in a way and I was in too much pain to even acknowledge it at that moment.
