It's important to remember the value of being intentional with our time and daily activities. In our rush to get through the day, we can forget to relax and miss the good moments that life offers. There’s no need to hurry through life—time is already moving. The goal is to slow down and savor what feels good.

Yarn Sometimes our worst fears come alive.  In that moment, we freak out.  Our anxiety surpasses the roof, and we drown our positivity in negativity.  We try to map things out, but to no avail.  It’s like our mind is tangled up like a ball of yarn. We search our internal compass to find the right direction, but we still don’t know.  We try to talk it out, write it out, and sometimes it feels like we're walking through a tunnel. Can people see the stress on my face?  Do they see that every day I’m barely hanging on?  We hope it’s not noticeable, but only the real recognize it.  It’s depleting to be unsure of our next steps, but with a little bit of courage, we move forward despite the harsh realities of life.
