An old letter, from me to me.

I’ve always been the type of person that writes about everything going on in my life at every point in time. In this episode, I’m going to be reading one of such letters, which I frankly haven’t shared before because I felt it’s too deep and emotional. Anyways, I hope this helps someone and you have as much fun listening as I did recording.

Difficult conversations.

There are certain conversations that are difficult to have in our societies, and for a long time we have lived accepting things remaining that way. In this episode, I talk about some of these conversations and give my opinion as to why it’s important to change the narrative.

Feelings and validations.

I have realized that when it comes to expressing ourselves and those things we want when it comes to our feelings, most of us either don’t know how or just can’t do it. So I decided to have the conversation on why our feelings are important and why it’s okay to want to have them validated. I hope you have as much fun listening as I did recording!
