Hywel worked in, then ran the Synchronisation department at EMI Records for over 10 years, immersed in the classic catalogue that included recordings by The Beatles and Blur, Queen, Kylie and Coldplay, Robbie Williams, Radiohead and The Rolling Stones. During his time there he worked on projects across TV, film, computer games and advertising, picking up awards for his work on Lynx ‘Pulse’ and Cadbury ‘Gorilla’. He switched sides to join BBH’s in-house music team in 2012 before setting up the independent consultancy, Run! Get Music! shortly afterwards with clients that include Kobalt Music, Warner Chappell, Droga5, Saatchi and Saatchi and Anomaly. Sally O’Connor is an independent music supervisor whose work spans both feature film and television. Her credits include Sacramento, Christy, King Frankie, The Walsh Sisters, I, Jack Wright, On Becoming a Guinea Fowl, Redemption of a Rogue and many more.  Alongside music supervision, she has worked extensively in live music, collaborating with artists, festivals and event producers to bring original performances to the stage.
