Happy New Year! Instead of creating resolutions I choose to focus on being more intentional and authentic in 2024. I hope you all focus on yourselves while staying safe and healthy. May 2024 treat you well.

Holding Space

This world is filled with people who hold space for others. Do they have the bandwidth to hold that space? Does anyone truly care? Sometimes we ramble until we get to that space.

Find Me an Island

Life is exhausting. Every single facet of it is exhausting, even when things are going well. There has to be a time when we start focusing more on ourselves and less on others. Could it be that to focus on our needs, it would be best to find an island away from the noise? If you simply need a few minutes of peace to recharge; I hope you find it, TODAY.

Normalize Selfishness

Grief requires a little bit and at times more than a little bit of selfishness. We have been conditioned to believe that it's wrong to be selfish and when grieving we need everyone. This is false. Mostly it's just about your journey and learning to show yourself grace and humility. Glad you're here with me and Happy Halloween.
