Walking Through Faith
In this heartfelt and powerful episode, we continue with part two of “Changes That Heal,” diving deeper into the struggle of accepting both the good and bad in life, particularly in relationships. We explore chapter 13, focusing on how we emotionally split the good and bad and the journey to reconnect and heal through God’s grace. I open up, sharing raw and vulnerable moments of my testimony, confessing my sins, and reflecting on life’s imperfections. We cried, but that’s okay—because I’m unafraid to share my story, knowing that many others have walked similar paths. James 4:6 reminds us, “God opposes the proud but gives grace to the humble.” This episode emphasizes that being vulnerable doesn’t make us weak; it makes us real. We are all sinners, but God’s forgiveness and mercy are abundant. We talk about the power of confession—sharing not just with anyone, but with those who love us and can reflect God’s grace, helping us heal the split between the ideal and the real. We discuss grief—its sadness, anger, and fear—and how to rework the distortions in our relationships, learning to love the less-than-perfect in both ourselves and others. In a world full of judgment, I want you to know that none of us are perfect. We’ve all struggled, and there’s no need to hide or fear rejection. God loves us as we are and is always here to lift us from our brokenness. Though it was hard to post this episode, recorded a month ago, it’s finally here, and I’m grateful for God’s strength and peace through it all. I’ve completed my mission trip and corporate training, and despite battling challenges now, God has been so merciful. I hope this episode speaks to your heart, and I’m excited to share more of what I’ve learned and how He continues to guide me. Thank you for being on this journey with me—may you find hope, healing, and joy in God’s grace.
