Walking With Wisdom
What does it really mean to live In Christ? In Epistle to the Ephesians 6:10, Paul tells us: “Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might.” And in Epistle to the Romans 8:1, we are reminded: “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.” But many men live with a quiet spiritual problem. We compartmentalize life. Work goes in one compartment. Family in another. Finances in another. Recreation in another. Even our hidden sins in yet another… And somewhere along the way, God becomes just another compartment in the system. But that’s not the life God designed. In Book of Genesis 3, Adam and Eve chose their own way instead of God’s way. The result wasn’t just disobedience—it was the breaking of a covenant relationship where their lives were meant to be lived in complete obedience to and dependence on God. Instead of living with God at the center of everything, humanity began living independently, deciding for ourselves what is right and wrong. And we still repeat that pattern today. In this 10-minute teaching, we explore what Scripture really means by living “in Christ.” It’s not about making God one part of life. It’s about bringing every part of life under His Lordship. Because the Christian life was never meant to be a set of compartments. It was meant to be a life fully lived in Him. Scripture in this episode • Genesis 3 • Ephesians 6:10 • Romans 8:1
