In this episode, I talk about the hit single of Mr. Probz called Waves (2014). I think that this song has a lot of imagery and metaphorical use of waves in relationships. It could be used for clarification of ending a relationship or choosing to ride the currents of the waters.

In this episode, I will be talking about The Murmuring from the Netflix anthology series Cabinet of Curiosities by Guillermo Del Toro.  The Murmuring is a haunting tale about a couple Nancy and Edgar whom both are ornithologists that suffered a loss of their child. When they decide to go on a field study to a home on an island, something darker awaits their observation.

Love, Sex & Eating The Bones (2003)

In this episodes, I discuss Love, Sex and Eating the Bones. This tells a story of a man named Michael, that suffers from porn addiction. Even when he meets a woman named Jasmine, he struggles between choosing pornography or a real healthy relationship her. This movie has been one of the only movies that I have seen about porn addiction and also people of color that deal with it as well. Check it out!

My Issue with Halle Bailey's The Little Mermaid (2022)

Within recent years, the film industry has been making a lot of money remaking films. They have been sweeping up a lot of money from doing so. However, with movies and shows that are remakes or "reimaging" they have been going about it in the wrong way. I discuss how they have been going about diversity and inclusion the same way that they have been in the past. I also discuss how diversity and inclusion with classic characters works.

In this episode, I discuss how the Top Gun franchise addresses grief, loss, shame and redemption. Top Gun and Top Gun: Maverick are great films that show how an individual goes through the 5 stages of grief and through acceptance, move forward with their lives.
