addiction is as stigmatized as much as it is normalized. we're "addicted" to a product and it's fine! we're addicted to a substance and it's not (like, really not). where should we draw the line between loving how something (or someone!) makes us feel, and needing it to make it through the day? when does a "fix" become a problem and not a solution? let's chat about it.
