We're Here Together
In this episode, we dive into the experience of living with anxiety—not as something to fix, but as something to understand and accept. Anxiety often brings with it a sense of uncertainty and fear of the unknown, but what if we could learn to sit with it? I talk about how ruminating and overthinking are common experiences within anxiety, and how our minds can often work overtime, keeping us stuck in spirals of worry. But there’s a powerful tool to interrupt this cycle—checking in with our bodies. By connecting to our physical sensations, we can ground ourselves in the present moment and shift out of the mental noise. It’s not about having all the answers or finding an instant fix, but about learning to live with the uncertainty and finding peace in the process. Together, we’ll explore how naming anxiety, accepting it, and allowing ourselves to be in the flow of it can open up new possibilities for personal growth and connection. If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by the unknown or trapped in your thoughts, this episode is for you.
