What If You're Not The Problem?
Today is Day 29 of 30, and it’s Weigh-In Monday. Yes, I ate pizza. Vegan pizza, but still pizza. This is what Rethinking Weight is all about. Sometimes the scale moves up because your body is changing. Sometimes you’re building muscle. Sometimes you’re gaining strength, endurance, discipline, and consistency - even when the number does not reflect it yet. The scale is one piece of information. It is not the whole story. So today’s reminder is this: don’t quit because of one weigh-in. Don’t shame yourself over one meal. Don’t forget the progress you cannot always measure in pounds. Keep moving. Keep learning. Keep releasing the weight - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
