Here’s why that’s a good thing! Tag someone who loves a good bargain! 🛍️ I’ve been rewarding myself after Bible study with a little shopping trip. But after a budgeting chat, the shopping spree has to pause. Instead, I’m taking a trip to Trader Joe’s and pretending it’s TJ Maxx! 🍏 This got me thinking about the lessons we learn from our upbringing. Just like Susanna from the book of Daniel, who was raised in faith and taught how to pray, it’s important to instill values and traditions in our children. Our childhood experiences shape us, and the love and faith we receive lay the foundation for our future. Let’s not forget to make faith a priority, just like my parents did for me. Surrendering to God means letting go of control and trusting Him with every aspect of your life. It’s an ongoing process where you continually bring your worries and fears to Him. How can I invite God's grace into my life? You can invite God’s grace through prayer, reading scripture, and being open to His presence. Acknowledge areas where you need His help and ask for His guidance. Why is God's grace considered a free gift? God’s grace is considered a free gift because it cannot be earned through our actions. It is freely given to all who believe in Him, regardless of their past or present circumstances.
