In this episode of Words With Weaver, I chat with Adam Wood about his experience as a collegiate runner at BYU, and what he is doing now.  He recently ran the Marathon in 2:18:37, just seconds from the Olympic trial qualifying standard! He is working and training full time as he tries to get healthcare patient hours for PA school. His wife, Mica, is also a D1 runner on the Utah State team. Learn from one of the most passionate runners out there. Adam is so fun to talk to and has so much wisdom in this sport!
