She is also the host of the Relationship Doctor podcast, which is a short form podcast where she provides relationship advice backed by relationship science research to promote healthier and happier relationships.  In this episode we dive into the ins and outs of equitable partnership and the challenges faced when both parents work. She gives loads of helpful insights and strategies to help couples communicate, support and manage the household tasks more effectively.  Rachel is no stranger to the challenges of being a working parent as she is a mom of two little ones, a 3 year old daughter and a 4 month old son.
