Accountability has abrasive moments

When people hold themselves accountable there is very little others can offer in the way of correction. Accountable people seek to receive additional downloads and transference of wisdom so that they can become a greater asset to the mission at hand.    When faced with corrective moments, abrasion is expected yet for a person who regularly uses self-reflection time to understand where the corrections are coming from. They purposefully take ownership and begin to do self-work.

Humbling moments

Life lessons are just that. Opportunities to reflect, digest, and grow. If we knew everything that was going to happen to and for us - we would not truly be living life. Appreciate the life lessons that fill the chapters of your book of life.

Sensory overload can cause an imbalance and disruption to energy flow. Find healthy ways to pause, detach, and refresh your mind.

Decide to be the best version of who you are today. Who you were yesterday did their best. Who you will be tomorrow is yet to be seen. Your present moments and decisions are what matter most.

Once you have figured out who you are purposed to be, own all of who you are flaws and all. Move and have your being unapologetically. You have been decoded. Walk boldly in who you are!
