My Journey with my Cycle & Conscious Menstruality through to Conception of my Pregnancy

I actually used to believe that the first day of my period was the end rather than the beginning. I never once thought of my menstrual cycle as an actual cycle or that it had components and energies within each phase. I just believed that we had a period every month and that was it. This simple shift in mindset changed everything for me as well as many other things which I talk about in this episode. I once believed I was infertile due to listening to outside influence even when I knew in my body and soul that I was not. I have one ovary due to a large cyst being removed, was told there'd be no reason I couldn't get pregnant again but wasn't experiencing this.
