Feminine power: a definition that actually fits us

The online conversation about women and power has been loud lately, and I’ve been quietly doing my own excavating on the same question. What came out of that process surprised me. The short version: I don’t think women are actually seeking power. I think we’re seeking something deeper, something I’m calling wise presence - and it changes everything about how we develop ourselves from our 40s forward.
