My goal is to give quality information on health & strength distilled into 2-4 minute mini podcast so you can quickly listen to them and get powerful information during your day. Modern fitness would have you believe that you are weak, fragile, and if you do one thing slightly wrong you're gunna p[ay for it the rest of your life. I believe YOU are stronger than you think, more resilient than you think, and more capable than you think and I want to prove it to you! At Citizen Athlete I help people realize just how strong and powerful they are, I want to help you realize that as well.
