I wanted to take this week to spend some time reflecting on what I have been up to over the last couple of years and why I decided to rebrand the podcast in the first place. The last time I did a solo episode was back in 2021 and quite a lot has happened in my life that has both pushed and challenged me in a multitude of ways. Just as much as I hope for my guests to be vulnerable on their episodes I also need to do the same. Sharing my life experiences provides my audience the opportunity to know me as more than a host, but a whole person.
