Be Careful What You Wish For...

Girl groups, while they can be great, can also be filled with gossip and "mean girl behavior." When choosing friends it's important we choose wisely. In this episode Ashley deep dives into her nearly 5 year TikTok experience and how becoming part of the "popular moms" group wasn't everything she had hoped for. Ashley elaborates on how much anxiety she had communicating her feelings to others and how that lack of communication caused more issues than she expected. We also talk about the importance of forgiveness and how it's never too late to evaluate the kind of friend or family member we are to others, apologize, and make necessary changes. We talk about the need for self reflection and how therapy can be a great tool to learn this technique. While we don't see the need to label this episode explicit Ashley does use the word "sh*tty" at some point. lol We hope you enjoy this episode!
