Put in the work, celebrate each choice you make in the right direction, and keep that dream on your horizon because it is, in fact, within reach. Call to Action: 1) Name your goal and write down just one initial step you can take day after day to show up for yourself to get there; 2) Identify a daily, weekly (and monthly if you're bold!) choices you can make to build this as a habit; 3) Ask yourself what does showing up for you in this space look and feel like? If your goal does not align with what you need, re-evaluate and make it specific for you.
