Last week, your Eagles traveled down south to Valdosta, GA to take on Lowndes at the Concrete Palace. The result was another dominating game by Collins Hill, coming away with a 49-7 victory. The Eagles were dominating in all 3 phases of the game and are preparing to take on Grayson this week at home. This semi final will be a rematch of last year's GA 7A state championship game. Grayson seeks to repeat as state champions while Collins Hill is determined to finish the mission this year. It should be a great game. Last week, your Eagles came away with an impressive win over a 1 loss Pebblebrook team. The defense created 7 turnovers and the final score was 48-6. Hellllooooooo Eagles Nation!!!! Your Collins Hill Eagles finished out the regular season with a 10-0 record to earn the Region 8A #1 see for the GHSA playoffs as well as jump up in national rankings to 5th in the country. This was after an amazing victory against previously undefeated Mill Creek. While the offense was high powered, the defense showed its tenacity as well by outscoring Mill Creek's offense. This week we face Lambert at home for week 1 of the playoffs. It should be another great outing with your Eagles seeking to finish the mission.
