It's easy to get lost throughout all the overwhelming things in life happening all the time. Today I took time to reflect and really look and see if I've been giving myself or certain things all the attention that they needed. Afterwards, I felt it would be good to share that with you guys!

Yo WHATSUP! I'm a lil sick in this so enjoy that... However this episode was recorded in the midst of all the grime I've been experiencing this past week or two. After I made the intro I debated rerecording the podcast and doing something different from yesterday's take, but I wanted to show you all how I can be sometimes. I didn't feel too hot/ great in general when recording but this is me being honest and keeping it transparent. Hope you enjoyed and enjoyed the intro haha! Love you guys. J-

Today we catch up to what I have been up to and just me venting some gratitude for what/ how my life has been recently, also catching you up on it as well! Talking about things like abundance I have felt in my life recently in a lot of ways and how I've worked to allow that to flow more throughout my life!
