This beer was brewed with wild yeast, Oregon cherries, and rose hips from the Jasmine Pearl Tea Company. Oregon Kara Sakura was Cherry Blossom Festival and while most of it is being shipped off to Japan, a limited supply will be available at the Culmination Tap Room. This beer is a sour wit with cherries, it is fuchsia in color and has flavors of medium tartness, clove and cherry.
